Wellness Care
Wellness care is ongoing, lower-frequency care for patients who have completed active treatment and want to maintain the movement, comfort and function they regained.
Once a problem has settled, some patients prefer to stop and return only if it recurs. Others — particularly those with physically demanding work, long histories of recurrence or high activity levels — do better on a planned maintenance schedule.
Wellness care is a choice, not a requirement. We will tell you honestly whether we think you need it, and any ongoing plan comes with a clear frequency and a periodic reassessment rather than an indefinite commitment.
Who this treatment may be appropriate for

Important considerations & when not to proceed
- A new or changed symptom is re-examined rather than treated as routine maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to keep coming forever?
No. Wellness care is optional, and we reassess it periodically so it always has a reason behind it.
How often are wellness visits?
Less frequent than active treatment. The interval depends on your history, work and goals.
