Functional Movement & Rehabilitation
Functional movement work screens how you move, finds the restrictions and weaknesses behind your symptoms, and gives you specific exercise to correct them.
Hands-on care restores movement; exercise is what keeps it. Screening how you squat, hinge, reach and rotate shows where the body is compensating, and that usually explains why a problem keeps returning to the same place.
Programmes are short and specific rather than long lists — a handful of exercises you will actually do, progressed as you improve, and built around your sport, work or daily demands.
