Dr. Ken Cook, DC
Owner, Chiropractor
A scholarship gymnast, Dr. Cook graduated from the University of Georgia in 1987 with a degree in exercise physiology and from Life Chiropractic College in 1992. He has practiced in Georgia since then, and returned to Athens in 2009 to take over Chiropractic Works.
His background as an athlete — including work with novice, olympic and professional athletes — informs a blend of chiropractic care, functional and lifestyle medicine, sleep wellness, exercise physiology and rehabilitative technique.
Dr. Cook leads the practice's spinal decompression program for non-surgical care of lower back disc conditions, and its BrainCore neurofeedback program for concerns such as ADD/ADHD, tension and migraine headaches, memory and learning difficulties, chronic pain and insomnia.
