Stress Reduction
Stress reduction here means practical tools — physical care for the tension it creates, sleep and breathing strategies, and neurofeedback where regulation is the main issue.
Sustained stress shows up in the body: a tight neck and jaw, shallow breathing, poor sleep, and pain that flares without an obvious cause. Treating only the sore tissue misses the driver.
We combine hands-on care for the physical consequences with breathing and sleep strategies, activity guidance, and — where regulation is the central problem — neurofeedback. This support complements, and does not replace, mental health care.
Who this treatment may be appropriate for

Frequently asked questions
Can chiropractic care reduce stress?
It can help with the physical tension and pain that stress produces, which many patients find makes coping easier. It is not a treatment for anxiety or depression.
Where does neurofeedback fit in?
It is an option when the main difficulty is regulation — winding down, sleeping, staying focused — and we will explain whether your presentation suits it.

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive way of training brainwave patterns: a QEEG brain map identifies irregular patterns, and training sessions then use feedback to encourage more regulated activity.
